Developed a diagnosis of the airline’s station at Newark International Airport (NWK). Established two formal programs: personnel rotation and total quality. Accomplished a 50% reduction in waiting time of planes at the gate (to 30 minutes). Created work teams that yielded a higher efficiency in all operative activities and improved customer service.

Established a new CRM system in 3 hotels; Redesigned the organizational structure, hired and trained personnel for the three business units. Also, we were monitoring and making the necessary changes during the implementation phase over half a year.

Defined the Strategic Plan for the following 5 years, taking into consideration the actual resources and AFS Strategic Drivers. Also, Redefined the legal structure of AFS BOL according to the new Strategic Plan and reorganized the operational structures implementing the Quality Certification process (ISO 9000). Assisted the Board in the Policy making process. Prepared and delivered several workshops on Programs Development, ISO 9000, Policy Governance, Balance Score Card, Self Development, Prosperity, etc.
