Established the business as a S Corporation. It was defined the strategic planning and goals for the following 3 years. Assisted in the legal and Income Tax issues for the first year of operations and provided coaching in the business development (operations and finances).

Defined the Articles of Incorporation as NGO; created the strategic planning. Established the operational office along with the Ministry of Production of the Government of Cordoba Province of Argentina. Recruited the staff members, Board of Directors; prepared and delivered training workshops in management, cost accounting, fundraising, prosperity and programs development.

Created the articles of incorporation for the Foundation; established a national office fully equipped, hired and trained staff members for all programs. Defined the strategic planning and operational goals for all programs. Created the initial leadership workshops for the beneficiaries of 21 communities and workshops on Project Development as well as Project Evaluation and Fundrasing.

Created the articles of Incorporation as a business of limited liability; created the strategic planing and defined the goals, service processes and the marketing strategy for the first year of operations. Recruited and trained the staff members. Defined the accounting system, budgeting and financial goals. Achieved the "Nueva Economia" award of one of the most innovative businesses.
Established a National Office fully equipped, hired and trained the staff members for Programs, Administration, Marketing and Finance areas as well as the top management and Board of Directors. Along with AFS IP managed to obtain tax exemption until 2011 and fulfill other legal requirements. Created and formalized presence in 8 major cities with around 100 volunteers. Implemented programs under the International Quality Certification standards (ISO 9001:2000). Prepared and lectured several workshops on Program Development, ISO 9000, Conflict Resolution, Counselling, Finance & Accounting, Prosperity, Policy Governance for volunteers; also assisted the Board in the Policy making process.
