DHRIM is focused mainly in providing top management consulting services, including organizational development, crisis management, start up of new organizations and human resource development. Generally, we take the responsibility of the management according to a series of goals and objectives to be achieved in a short or middle term.
Depending on the organization´s requirements, we would be getting involved in strategic planning, finance, human resources (hiring, training, dismissal, etc), marketing, program development, knowledge management, quality systems, legal area, hiring and coaching an executive director during transition phase when finishing the consultancy, etc.
DHRIM also offers workshops (e-learning & face to face) designed in a way that the beneficiary, using his/her previous experience and knowledge, will develop skills in real cases with the interaction of other students.
Through the years of consulting experience acquired, we have developed a very efficient system to promote organizational change with great results to which we call “Inner Management”. We work with the people in a deeper level to promote a paradigm change in regard to their work and/or lives and bring positive and lasting results.
