Beneficiaries of this workshop will gain the required knowledge and the necessary basic skills to develop their own businesses, they become aware of the key factors and develop skills required to drive change successfully in their organization.

At the end of this elearning workshop, participants will be able to:

•  Identify the probable difficulties or key points of improvements to achieve success in the consultancy process.
• Know and become skilled in every stage of the consulting business.
• Learn to create contract agreements and set prices.
• Put in practice the consulting process in a personal real situation. (Coaching provided as part of the course).
• Be able to identify the different types of consultancy and plan the process accordingly
• Learn the key success factors to consider in every step of the consultancy process
• Identify the potential difficulties during the consultancy business development and learn how to overcome them.
•  Acquire various skills in utilizing some consulting tools. (Depending on the interest and time availability of the participant)

Students who enroll in this elearning course may complete a minimum of 21 hours of classes in a span of 2 months divided in 8 modules.  When registering, students will receive the weekly time schedules to choose according to their local time.

When the course is face-to-face, generally it is organized in 3 hours modules (7-10pm) among 5 days or intensive in a complete weekend starting Friday evening. It is completed 15 hours.
