This course is given in the internet or in a face-to-face form using the constructivist teaching model in which the beneficiaries use their own experiences and personal cases to apply the knowledge and techniques learned. In the course students participate in group dynamics, review case studies and develop a personal project, also we do a follow up on this project.

This course is also provided in Spanish language.

When the course is given through the internet, every week meetings are organized through chat and conference call. Students must participate in some forums and group meetings, complete their assignments and evaluation forms.

Beneficiaries of this workshop will gain the required knowledge and the necessary basic skills to develop their own workshops and be capable of delivering them in a face-to-face form, they become aware of the key factors and develop skills required to teach successfully.

Students who enroll in this elearning course may complete a minimum of 41 hours of classes in a span of 4 months divided in 16 modules.  When registering, students will receive the weekly time schedules to choose according to their local time.

When the course is face-to-face, generally it is organized in 3 hours modules (7-10pm) among 13 days or intensive in a complete weekend starting Friday evening. It is completed in 40 classroom hours.
