We design workshops based on defined competences (required habilities and skills) that are currently required in the real world to improve people's performance. In each of our training modules, there are certain skills that students need to acquire and at the same time we mesure their development.
Based on our previous experiences, the constructivist focus on our teaching methodology has been the most successful one among people with specific needs in their work or life. In fact, most of the students use heir real life situations as a case study during the workshops, a good reason for them to be motivated and really interested in learning.
In all the workshops we design, we implement the "Inner Management" technique as teaching device and also as a skill to be acquired by the students.
The workshops are continously improved based on previous coursed and the feedback of our students; also, we are continously looking for new content and better teaching techniques.
