Our workshops have been carefully designed using the Eneagram concept as a methodology to ensure a natural flow in the learning process and maximize the achievements of the people. We use the competence model in combination with a constructivist approach and a technique we call “Inner Management” in which the people can learn based on their personal situations.

After the workshop is concluded, we offer follow up and support as part of our standard services.
